The failure of either party to enforce the provisions of the Rental Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver or restriction of that party`s right to impose and subsequently enforce strict compliance with any provision of such Lease Agreement. The owner is not held responsible for loss or damage resulting from causes that are not controlled by the owner. The acceptance of payments by the lessor does not waive the lessor`s right to enforce the provisions of this lease agreement.

This instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties on the subject matter of this Agreement and may only be supplemented, amended or amended by an additional letter signed by the Parties. If any part of the agreement is found to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the rest of the agreement which remains valid and enforceable. The lessee may not assign this lease or his participation in the equipment without the prior written consent of the lessor. If the Tenant fails to comply, retain or perform any other provision of the Lease Agreement, which must be complied with, retained or performed by the Lessee, the Lessor has the right to exercise one or more of the following remedies: (A) declare immediately due and payable the full amount of payments under this Agreement, without notice or request to the Tenant: (B) to take possession of the equipment without delay without notice or request to the lessee; (C) to pursue and recover all lease payments and other payments, including lost lease profits, that were subsequently accrued or are incurred thereafter, (D) to terminate this lease agreement and (E) to pursue all other remedies by law or for reasons of equity. Notwithstanding any withdrawal or any other action that the Landlord may take, the Tenant is and remains responsible for the full performance of all obligations arising from this Rental Agreement. All remedies of the owner are cumulative and can be exercised simultaneously or separately. In any case, the customer agrees that the conditions of this rental agreement continue and that the customer is obliged to pay the rent at the rate indicated on the front until the equipment is returned to the owner.

In the event that the customer wishes to extend this rental agreement beyond the date initially agreed, the customer must immediately inform the owner of this intention and request the authorization and conditions of such an extension….
